Delete your account

You can delete your Ullr account and its associated data yourself, from the mobile app.

Deleting your account is permanent. It cannot be undone, and we cannot restore a deleted account or its data afterwards.

Before you start

Account deletion is done in the mobile app, on iOS or Android. There is no equivalent button in the web app.
This deletes your personal Ullr account — not your resort’s data. Reports, features and trails your team recorded belong to the area, and stay with it.
If you are simply leaving a job, you probably want an administrator at your area to remove your access instead. That ends your access to the resort without destroying your account.

Open the Ullr app on iOS or Android and log in to the account you want to delete.

Tap the Profile icon in the lower right corner of the screen.

Tap Account to view your account details and settings.

Tap Delete Account and follow the on-screen prompts to finish.

If you have lost access to your account and cannot sign in to delete it, email info@ullr.ski from the address on the account and we can help.
