Getting started
Getting an account
Ullr accounts are created by invitation from someone at your area who already has one — usually a manager or administrator. You cannot sign yourself up to an existing resort.
When you are invited you get an email with a link to set your password. If it never arrives, check spam, then ask whoever invited you to resend it from Users in the web app.
Signing in
Open the app
Web: app.ullr.ski . Mobile: the Ullr app from the App Store or Google Play.
Enter your email and password
If your organisation uses single sign-on, entering your work email address is enough — Ullr recognises the domain and sends you to your own identity provider to sign in. You will not be asked for an Ullr password.
Two-factor, if enabled
If you have set up an authenticator app, Ullr asks for the six-digit code after your password.
Signed in on the web and want to jump to the phone app? Ullr can hand your session across without making you type your password again — that is what the “open in app” links do.
Sport and area
Two selectors sit at the top of everything in Ullr, and almost every confusing moment traces back to one of them being set to something you did not expect.
- Sport —
SNOWorBIKE. These are separate worlds. A resort running both has a winter set of trails and features and a summer set, and they do not mix. Changing sport changes what you see everywhere. - Area — the resort you are working at. If you have access to more than one, this is how you move between them.
If a trail or feature you expect is missing, check the sport selector before anything else. It is the most common cause.
Finding your way around
The web app groups work into a few areas:
| Where | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | The current state of the mountain at a glance |
| Features / Trails / Lifts | Lists of everything, with status and detail |
| Map | The same objects, in place |
| Reports | The timeline of what your team has posted |
| Tasks & calendars | Scheduled and recurring work |
| Users | Who has access, and what they can do |
| Integrations | Website embeds, API keys and public links |
The mobile app is deliberately narrower: it puts today’s hill first — the map, the lists, and posting reports — and leaves administration to the web.
Your first ten minutes
- Sign in and check the sport and area selectors are what you expect.
- Open the map and find something you recognise.
- Open a trail or feature and read its detail — status, history, who changed it last.
- Post a report about something you did today.
- On mobile, do the same from the hill.
Still to add here: screenshots of the web dashboard and the mobile home screen, the exact navigation labels as shipped, notes on offline behaviour in the mobile app, and where to change your own profile and notification settings.
Getting help
Email info@ullr.ski. Say which area and sport you were in and what you expected to see — it makes a fast answer much more likely.
